Two Months

Hard to believe how fast 2 months went by! Everly is still sleeping a lot but is such a good snuggler! She had her two months shots this month and weighed 10.4 lbs! This month we had even more visitors. Great grandma and grandpa and great Aunt Debbie came up from Midland to see Everly for a few hours. Gmaw and Gpaw flew in and took Emma to Midland so that she and cousin Savannah could go see Bubble Guppies Live! She had SO much fun and still wont stop talking about Savannah. They then came back and stayed a few more days. Dad, Dayton, and I replaced the carpet in our bedroom with laminate floors, because having a newborn isn't hectic enough, right? Then Aunt Ashley came and stayed with us for a few days! 

We celebrated St. Patrick's this year by going and getting green donuts and wearing the cute shirts our friend Jacque made for us! Everly started daycare just a few days before turning 2 months and big sister was very excited! She checked on her several times throughout the day. 

So getting these pictures with Great Grannie and Grandpa was quite a task. Emma had just gotten done throwing a tantrum so after finally getting her calm and willing to smile Everly started crying! It was stressful and hilarious all at the same time. The pictures I got from it are priceless. :)

One Month

Everly is one month old! The first month started out a little rough. She would scream in pain every time we laid her down, so she spent most of the time sleeping on our chests even at night when we needed to be sleeping! We later discovered she had silent reflux. So we began meds to help. We had a lot visitors in the first month. Aunt Ashley came first and stayed with us for a few days, she even got to go to our 2 week check up! Then Aunt Hannah came and helped us for a few days, Shane followed shortly after and then Aunt Sarah and Uncle Matt. It was good to have extra hands around the house! We had our first bath and tummy time this month and she did great! Didn't complain about either one. We celebrated Valentines Day this month and both girls were spoiled, of course. She was not too happy with taking pictures, so big sis had to step in and hold her. Shes been a great helper.
